Description: Step away from the hurry and distractions and step into the calm of a slow walk among the trees, on this gently-guided walk.

Forest Bathing is slow time in nature that helps you de-stress and supports your mind, body and spirit in so many ways. The experience is carefully designed to help you rest your mind, awaken your senses, and discover the gifts of nature all around you -- and find new energy and a fresh perspective.

Your guide, Andrea Prazmowski, offers a series of invitations that help you move effortlessly from the pace of a jam-packed modern life to a place of calm presence. Many people find a more meaningful way to interact with nature, and discover a feeling of support and re-connection that continues long after the walk is over.

We pause often and move slowly and it's really important to dress warmly.
